The first step is to contact us by website contact form or email us with your enquiry, including the details / dimensions of the hearth you require. We will reply promptly with a detailed quote, explaining exactly what we can offer. You can then get back to us with any questions before deciding if to proceed with the order.
Yes, you are welcome to visit the workshop – just let us know in advance! There are usually a few jobs ‘on the go’ for you to view.
We can offer delivery anywhere within mainland UK. We use a trusted pallet courier, or sometime deliver in our own vehicle. Or you are welcome to collect from our workshop in North Wales.
Our prices are ‘all inclusive’ without any hidden extras, therefore the price will include all cutting of the slate, your choice of edge detail, and sealing of the slab. We will also quote for delivery if you ask for this.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit / debit card, or a PayPal account.
At most times during the year we are able to get your hearth ready for collection / delivery within 10 days. Occasionally we have to increase the lead time, but if this is the case, we will always let you know before you place your order.
